Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT (Central Time) on business days are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT are shipped the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Estimated Delivery Times

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Houston, Texas. Our central location means fast delivery to both coasts.

Contiguous United States (48 states): 2 to 5 business days

Alaska and Hawaii: 7 to 10 business days

Puerto Rico and US Territories: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates based on carrier transit schedules and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak shipping periods or due to weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email as soon as your package ships. You can track your delivery status directly through USPS or through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at info@keepmysterious.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and the inner sealed pouch must be unopened. We individually seal every pair for your hygiene and peace of mind. As long as that seal is intact, you're covered.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@keepmysterious.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every pair. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as a flaw in the weave, an uneven seam, or visible damage upon arrival), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement pair at no cost. No return required. Simply email us at info@keepmysterious.com with your order number and a photo of the defect, and we'll ship your replacement right away.

Please note: Normal wear, snags from jewelry or nails, and damage from improper care are not covered under our Quality Guarantee. For care tips on specific products, please refer to the product page.

What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products where the inner sealed pouch has been opened or tampered with. We also cannot accept returns on products that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Bundle purchases may be returned in full (all items, all unopened) for a full refund, or individual unopened items from a bundle may be returned for a partial refund.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to an additional 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Products and Sizing

What does denier (D) mean?

Denier measures the thickness of the fabric. The lower the number, the sheerer the tight.

0D Glass Leg Illusion: Ultra-sheer, almost invisible. A bare-leg look with a smooth finish.

15D Flawless Sheer: Light, refined sheerness. Polished and quiet.

20D Resilient Sheer: Slightly more coverage with a run-resistant weave that slows holes from spreading.

30D Soft Silhouette: The everyday workhorse. Semi-sheer with a smoothing, matte finish.

80D Velvet Opaque: Fully opaque with a deep, saturated finish.

What size should I order?

We offer five sizes: S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Use the height and weight chart on our Size Guide page to find your best fit. Most of our customers wear a size M. If you're between sizes, go smaller for a fitted feel or larger for a relaxed fit.

Do all products come in all sizes?

All five sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL) are listed across the collection. Larger sizes (L, XL, and XXL) are currently available on select styles, with broader size availability coming soon. If your size shows as sold out, you can sign up to be notified when it's back in stock.

How are the tights packaged?

Every pair comes in a matte black rigid box with our signature script branding, housing a frosted inner pouch sealed with our KM monogram. Each pair is individually sealed for hygiene.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT on business days ship the same day from Houston, Texas. Most orders within the contiguous US arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories typically take 7 business days. Every order includes a tracking number. 

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us. 

Returns and Quality

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened products. As long as the inner sealed pouch is intact, you can return for a full refund. See our Return Policy page for details.

What if I receive a defective pair?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@keepmysterious.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost. No return required.

Can I return individual items from a bundle?

Yes. Return the full bundle (all items unopened) for a complete refund, or return individual unopened items for a partial refund.

Care and Maintenance

How should I wash and care for my tights?

Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, or use a mesh laundry bag on a cold gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to air dry. Skip the dryer, bleach, iron, and dry cleaning, since heat and harsh chemicals break down the stretch over time.

How long will my tights last?

With proper care, our tights maintain their shape, color, and elasticity through many wears. Higher denier tights (30D, 80D, and textured styles) naturally last longer than ultra-sheer styles (0D, 15D). Following the care instructions will significantly extend the life of every pair.

Payment and Other Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted checkout.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Your payment information is encrypted and protected by industry-standard SSL security. We never store your credit card details.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
