How do I return my order ?
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. How can I track my order ?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment on the courier's website.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update your shipping address. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
What should I do if my parcel hasn't arrived yet?
If your delivery is more than 4 business days overdue, please check the tracking link sent to you via email to see the progress of your shipment. If further assistance is needed, feel free to contact us atcustomerservice@keepmysterious.com.
What can I do if the size doesn't fit?
If the size doesn't fit, we offer a 14-day free return policy on eligible items. Simply return the item within 14 days and place a new order for the correct size. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.
