Our Promise

We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Every order is backed by our 30-Day Return Policy and our Quality Guarantee.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and the inner sealed pouch must be unopened. We individually seal every pair for your hygiene and peace of mind. As long as that seal is intact, you're covered.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@keepmysterious.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every pair. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as a flaw in the weave, an uneven seam, or visible damage upon arrival), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement pair at no cost. No return required. Simply email us at info@keepmysterious.com with your order number and a photo of the defect, and we'll ship your replacement right away.

Please note: Normal wear, snags from jewelry or nails, and damage from improper care are not covered under our Quality Guarantee. For care tips on specific products, please refer to the product page.

What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products where the inner sealed pouch has been opened or tampered with. We also cannot accept returns on products that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Bundle purchases may be returned in full (all items, all unopened) for a full refund, or individual unopened items from a bundle may be returned for a partial refund.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to an additional 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
