When will I receive my order?

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3 to 8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment on the courier's website.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update your shipping address. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.


What should I do if my parcel hasn't arrived yet?

If your delivery is more than 4 business days overdue, please check the tracking link sent to you via email to see the progress of your shipment. If further assistance is needed, feel free to contact us at customerservice@keepmysterious.com.


What can I do if the size doesn't fit?

If the size doesn't fit, we offer a 14-day free return policy on eligible items. Simply return the item within 14 days and place a new order for the correct size. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.
